Welcome to Luras
Luras is an Italian town of 2 454 inhabitants in the province of Sassari in the historical sub-region of Gallura. It is located over 500 meters above sea level.
The territory of Luras was inhabited in prehistoric times, as attested by the dolmens and the remains of some nuraghe found in the area. In medieval times it was part of the curatoria of Gemini, in the Giudicato of Gallura.
